Pricing is based on time taken to complete the project rather than word length. We provide a fixed quote after receiving your manuscript. As a guide, the typical price for manuscripts edited in 2019-2020 was $US50.00 per 1000 words with a three-day turnaround time. Manuscripts longer than 10,000 words are quoted by negotiation.
The first round of revisions is free, provided that the revisions are received within 10 days of return of the first edited draft, with subsequent rounds priced at 50% of the original fee. We do accept same day turnarounds up to 4000 words with a surcharge of 20 percent.
Journal formatting, with a covering submission letter included, is optional and charged out at a flat fee of $US50.00 We prefer to receive theses already formatted but can onforward you to a sister service that will format your thesis according to the requirements of your institution if required.
An invoice is emailed on completion of your project. Terms of payment are strictly 7 days. First-time clients are required to pay 50 percent of the quoted fee in advance and the balance on completion. Our payment options are Visa/MasterCard, PayPal, internet banking, and institutional cheques.
Overdue invoices accrue an additional 5% charge on the balance due per month.
